The sessions just felt like they moved at a good natural pace to me. Nothing really dragged on or felt like too much, which I appreciated. It did take some time each week, but my gut feeling was that it was manageable overall.

I liked the concept and it did seem to try to account for our family setup, especially with two kids and different routines going on. A few suggestions were actually helpful, but others felt generic, like something you’d get anywhere.
